Hollister promotes a positive environment for those who wish to continue pumping upon their return to work. There are private pumping rooms available to Hollister moms – you can find them by contacting your HR Team in Stuarts Draft or the Benefits Team in Libertyville before your return to work.
Breastfeeding associates may reserve any of these pumping spaces so they may pump in a quiet, private, and dedicated area. The Libertyville rooms can be reserved through Outlook by sending a meeting request to:
- USLV Libertyville Lactation Room
- USLV Libertyville Wellness Room
To reserve the Mother's Room in the Stuart's Draft Women's Locker Room, please contact Human Resources to request door access to the room.
Hollister is proud to offer top-of-the-line Medela products for your convenience in our pumping spaces, including a hospital-grade multi-user Symphony® breast pump. Every mom will be given a personal kit that will connect to the Symphony, and can be stored in the pumping room so you do not need to bring your personal pump to work each day. Contact your local HR Business Partner if you need assistance to obtain a kit for the pump.
If you do not have access to computers or Outlook at Hollister, please ask your supervisor to book the room for you. It is recommended to set up a recurring meeting every day at the same time(s).
As a reminder, associates may take breaks as needed to pump. If you are an hourly associate, you do not need to punch out for these breaks. If necessary, you may also take a longer lunch break to pump, though this will affect your recorded break time.
