Cancellation Policy

Live Programs

• For refund information on live programs, refer to the program detail page for the specific program for which you registered.  Full or partial refunds may be available.

Online Programs

• Online education courses may not be cancelled once purchased.

Sponsored Programs

• Customer cancelled programs on less than fourteen and more than seven days notice incur a cancellation fee of $500 for each cancelled program.
• If cancelled on seven days notice or less, the entire program fee is due.
